| 單效蒸發器有三種型式： |
1、WZ單效外循環真空濃縮器為普通型，用于水溶液的蒸發。
2、WZH單效外循環真空濃縮回收器酒精回收型，用于酒精溶液的蒸發,較大的冷凝冷卻面積，確保酒精回收，回收濃度達到70-85%，酒精
損耗率＜5%，酒精回收后溫度＜40℃。
3、WZS單效外循環真空濃縮收膏器，用于單效蒸發及收濃膏。在單效正常蒸發后，關閉加熱室與蒸發室連接噴管及循環管的閥門，使料液
全部進入蒸發室，通過蒸發室的夾套加熱，進行常壓式減壓濃縮，提高物料的濃縮比重至1.2-1.3。 |
設備特點
1. 酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空濃縮流程。比老型同類設備提高生產率 5-10 倍，降低能耗30%, 具有投資小，回收效益高的特點。
2 、濃縮液料：本設備采用外加熱自然型循環式與真空負壓蒸發方式，蒸發速度快，濃縮比重可達 1.3 ；液料在全密封狀態無泡沫濃縮，
本設備濃縮出來的藥液，具有無污染，藥味濃的特點，而且清洗方便（打開加熱器的上下蓋即可進行清洗）。本設備操作簡單，占地面積小
。加熱器，蒸發器采用不銹鋼保溫結構，保溫采用聚胺脂發泡，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合 GMP 醫藥標準。 |
